The 15th President of the Republic of the Philippines, H.E. Benigno S. Aquino III delivers his inaugural speech after taking his oath of office on June 30, 2010 at the Quirino Grandstand in Manila.
In his short, straight to the point speech, he thanked supporters and vowed to lift the country out of poverty and end corruption.
