Philippine Embassy in Tokyo Celebrates National Autism Consciousness Week
06 February 2017 – The Philippine Embassy in Tokyo, led by Officer-In-Charge and Consul-General Marian Jocelyn R. Tirol-Ignacio, included a recitation of “1Pangako” during its Flag Raising Ceremony, in celebration of National Autism Consciousness Week.
“1Pangako” encourages everyone to develop awareness of the problems of autistic persons and promote a supportive environment to enable them to live with dignity and to function independently and contribute productively to society. END
