ANNOUNCEMENT: COMELEC is pleased to announce that the OVCS Pre-Voting Enrollment Link is now live!
Scan the QR code using your mobile device, or type the indicated URL in your browser to open the Pre-Voting Enrollment page.
To ENROLL, the registered Overseas Voter will need an ACTIVE email address or mobile phone number.
The registered Overseas Voters will also need ANY of the following Philippine IDs:
- Passport
- Driver’s License
- PhilSys ID
- Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID
- Seafarer’s Book
Pre-Voting Enrollment will be open for all Registered Overseas Voters for the 2025 Philippine National Elections UNTIL 07 May 2025.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
- The official overseas voting period will open at 8AM JST on 13 April 2025, and close at 8PM JST on 12 May 2025. Prior to this official voting period, TEST VOTING is available to pre-enrolled voters.
- Kindly note that the pre-voting enrollment link is geo-blocked in the Philippines. (The link cannot be accessed if you are in the Philippines).
- Beware of fraudulent links! Only use the official website to enroll. Do NOT share personal details on unverified sites.
