(OF OVERSEAS FILIPINO VOTERS WHO FAILED
TO VOTE IN TWO SUCCESSIVE ELECTIONS)

Ang “Order of Deactivation” ay ayon sa “Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Resolution No. 9983” ng 18 Agusto 2015 na pinamagatang “In the Matter of Implementing Art. 51 of COMELEC Resolution No. 9843, to Deactivate the Registration Records of Overseas Voters Who Failed to Vote in Two (2) Successive Elections”.
