The Embassy of the Philippines in Tokyo Congratulates the 17 Graduates of the 2022 Paghayo sa Tagsibol of the Association of Filipino Students in Japan
The Embassy of the Philippines in Tokyo congratulates the seventeen (17) Filipino students, who graduated from various Universities in Japan, in this year’s “Paghayo sa Tagsibol” Program of the Association of Filipino Students in Japan (AFSJ).
Philippine Ambassador to Japan, His Excellency Jose C. Laurel V, met with the graduates online via Zoom on 05 April 2022. He commended the Filipino graduates on their remarkable achievements in these extraordinary times.
Ambassador Laurel also took the opportunity to thank the outgoing AFSJ officers led by outgoing President and Graduate, Mr. Leonid Zairion Dimaano, for the resolute support that the group provided to Filipino students in Japan during their term. He expressed his optimism that the new set of officers will carry on, with even more passion and dedication, to be of service to the student Filipino community in Japan. END
