Philippine Foreign Service Posts in Japan Hold Coordination Meeting Towards Improved Operations

The 3rd Coordination Meeting among the Philippine Foreign Service Posts in Japan, headed by Ambassador Mylene J. Garcia-Albano (seated, center) exchanged updates in Philippines-Japan relations and charted ways forward in further improving their operations and coordination. Consul General Voltaire D. Mauricio from the Philippine Consulate General in Osaka (seated, rightmost) and Consul General Roy B. Ecraela from the Philippine Consulate General in Nagoya (seated, leftmost) led their delegations to the meeting. The meeting took place at the Philippine Embassy in Tokyo on 29 July 2024.

The Heads of the Philippine Foreign Service Posts also exchanged views on the conditions of and their programs for Filipinos in Japan, consular matters, and future common projects.
