TOKYO, 26 January 2026 – As part of its cultural and public diplomacy initiative, the Philippine Embassy in Japan participated in the All Together Festival organized by Japan’s Ministry of Justice (MOJ) and the Immigration Services Agency (ISA) on 18 January 2026 at Shibuya Stream in Shibuya, Tokyo.
“The Festival was an excellent opportunity to promote Philippine culture, tourism, and products, as well as highlight the 70th anniversary of the normalization of Philippines-Japan diplomatic relations which we are celebrating in 2026, and which aligns with the objective of the event to foster cultural understanding between the local and international communities,” said Philippine Ambassador to Japan Mylene J. Garcia-Albano following the event.
Festival-goers, of all ages, particularly enjoyed the roulette wheel game at the Embassy booth where prizes, including Philippine bananas, mango candies, and souvenirs were distributed. Visitors also took time to appreciate the display of Philippine cultural items, and obtain tourism brochures highlighting destinations in the Philippines.
