Philippine Embassy hosts Townhall Meeting with Filipino Professionals of Accenture-Japan
20 May 2025 – As part of its public diplomacy initiatives, the Philippine Embassy in Japan welcomed more than 70 Filipino professionals of Accenture-Japan for a dialogue on the Embassy’s services available to Filipinos in Japan, as well as on cultural activities, and professional and personal development activities organized by the Embassy.
During her welcome remarks, Ambassador Mylene J. Garcia-Albano expressed hope that the Townhall Meeting will be the start of a close collaboration among the Philippine Embassy, the Filipinos in Accenture-Japan, and Accenture-Japan, especially on initiatives that will empower Filipinos in the host country, further uplift the image of the Philippines and Filipinos in the business sector in Japan, and enhance Philippines-Japan partnership.
The Filipino professionals of Accenture-Japan were led by managing directors, Ms. Maria Vilma Miranda Cruz and Mr. Mannix Evangelista. Accenture-Japan heads Mr. Yuki Kimoto, Mr. Rajesh Prasad, and Ms. Yuko Matsumura also attended the event to extend support for the outreach and networking activity.
