Online Voting and Counting for Filipino Overseas Voters
If you are registered with the Philippine Embassy in Tokyo, or the Philippine Consulates General in Osaka and Nagoya, you will be able to cast your vote for senators and party-list representatives directly through your electronic devices. No paper ballots will be mailed to your address.
