Pinaaalalahanan ng Pasuguan ng Pilipinas sa Tokyo ang publiko na mag-ingat sa anumang transaksiyon at iwasang mamuhunan sa SUCCESS200 INTERNATIONAL MARKETING CORPORATION, mas kilala bilang “SUCCESS200”, na may opisina sa iba’t ibang bahagi ng Pilipinas at maging sa ibayong dagat.
Ang nasabing korporasyon ay nang-aakit sa publiko na mamuhunan ng perang nagkakahalaga mula 1,800 piso hanggang 36,000 piso kapalit ng pangakong tutubo ang ipinuhunang pera na aabot mula 10,000 piso hanggang 200,000 piso.
Ayon sa Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), ang SUCCESS200 ay walang pahintulot at lisensiya upang magsagawa ng ganitong uri ng pamumuhunan, sang-ayon sa Section 8.1 ng Securities Regulation Code.
Maging mapagmatyag at siguraduhing pangalagaan ang anumang perang pinaghihirapan.

SEC Advisory on Success International Marketing Corporation, aka SUCCESS200
The Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commission”) has received reports that SUCCESS INTERNATIONAL MARKETING CORPORATION, aka SUCCESS200, bbased in Metro Manila reportedly operates in other different locations in the Philippines, as well as in other countries. It is engaged in investment-taking activities where one is enticed to invest at least 1800Php (low-end) to 36000Php (high-end) each, with a promised return of 10000Php (for 1800Php), or up to 200000Php (for 36000Php), upon payout exit.
SUCCESS200 is not authorized to solicit investments from the public as it did not secure prior registration and/or license from the Commission to solicit investments as required under Section 8.1 of the Securities Regulation Code.
In view thereof, the public is hereby advised to exercise self-restraint from investing their money into such investment scheme and to take the necessary precaution in dealing with the above entity.
