Scientists Brief Ambassador on Progress in Japan-Funded Plant Disease Project

On 29 May 2025, scientists from the Philippine Department of Agriculture and Tamagawa University briefed the Ambassador on the progress of the Novel Plant Disease Management Systems Project, part of the Japan-funded SATREPS (Science and Technology Research Partnership for Sustainable Development) program. They also explored ways to strengthen scientific expertise on plant disease management in the Philippines to boost agricultural production.
