Philippine Ambassador Kicks Off Mentoring Session Under J-Win Executive Network Program
Ambassador Mylene J. Garcia-Albano hosted the first mentoring session of the Japan Women’s Innovative Network (J-Win) Executive Network (JEN Mentoring Program) on 18 February 2025 at the official residence.
Her mentees include Ms. Yuko Mabuchi, President and CEO of Mizuho Business Challenged Co., Ltd.; Ms. Naoko Mori, Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers Japan LLC; and Ms. Kyoko Okutani, Leader of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) for the Government & Public Services Industry at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC.
Running from January to June 2025, the JEN Mentoring Program offers mentees the opportunity to develop leadership skills under the guidance of female ambassadors while broadening their global perspectives on diversity.
Established in 2007, J-Win is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing diversity and inclusion as a core management strategy. With a membership of over 5,000 professionals from more than 90 companies, J-Win launched the JEN Mentoring Program in 2000. Since then, 23 women ambassadors have served as mentors, fostering professional growth and leadership among women. END
