ORDER OF DEACTIVATION
(OF OVERSEAS FILIPINO VOTERS WHO FAILED
TO VOTE IN TWO SUCCESSIVE ELECTIONS)
The Resident Election Registration Board (RERB), Tokyo calls the attention of the Overseas Filipino Voters (OFVs) as shown in the attached list on the deactivation of their Overseas Absentee Voting registration records in the files of the Embassy for failing to vote in two successive national elections.
The Order of Deactivation is pursuant to Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Resolution No. 9983 on 18 August 2015 entitled “In the Matter of Implementing Art. 51 of COMELEC Resolution No. 9843, to Deactivate the Registration Records of Overseas Voters Who Failed to Vote in Two (2) Successive Elections”.
The RERB informs the OFVs in the list that they can contest the deactivation by communicating with the RERB officials in the Philippine Embassy not later than 30 September 2015.
All Filipinos are advised to review the attached list for their verification.

Ang “Resident Election Registration Board (RERB), Tokyo” ay nananawagan sa lahat ng mga “Overseas Filipino Voters (OFVs)” na nasa nakalakip na listahan na ang kanilang mga “registration records” bilang mga botante dito sa Japan ay pinawawalang bisa dahil sa hindi pagboto sa nakaraang dalawang (2) magkasunod na eleksiyon.
Ang “Order of Deactivation” ay ayon sa “Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Resolution No. 9983” ng 18 Agusto 2015 na pinamagatang “In the Matter of Implementing Art. 51 of COMELEC Resolution No. 9843, to Deactivate the Registration Records of Overseas Voters Who Failed to Vote in Two (2) Successive Elections”.
Ang RERB ay pinapayuhan sa mga Pilipinong botante na nasa listahan na maari nilang iapila ang pagkawalang bisa sa kanilang mga dokumento para bumoto sa eleksiyon sa Mayo 2016 sa pamamagitan ng pagsulat sa mga opisyal ng RERB bago 30 Setyembre 2015.
Kami ay nanawagan sa lahat ng Pilipino sa Japan na tignan kung ang pangalan ninyo ay nasa listahan.
