Philippine Ambassador to Japan Joins Welcome Reception of Philippine Government Officials’ Leadership Class in Japan
Philippine Ambassador to Japan Mylene J. Garcia-Albano attended the welcome reception of the Observational Study Mission in Japan for the Wise (Phronetic) Leadership Class Batch 7 under the Public Management Development Program on 07 April 2025 at the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS) in Tokyo.
In her remarks, Ambassador Garcia-Albano expressed hope that the leadership class will provide insightful and tangible recommendations that can be translated to actual and transformational projects and programs to better the lives of Filipinos.
The leadership program, conducted from 07 to 11 April 2025 and participated in by twenty (20) Philippine government officials, is organized by the Development Academy of the Philippines in partnership with GRIPS.
