ADVISORY: Magbubukas ang Consular Services sa 1 June 2020
Magbubukas po ang consular services ng Embassy simula Lunes, 1 June 2020.
Para patuloy na ma-protektahan ang ating kaligtasan at kalusugan, ipapatupad po natin ang sumusunod until further notice:
- Bukas po ang consular section sa publiko mula 10AM hanggang 2PM, Lunes hanggang Biyernes;
- APPOINTMENT ONLY system para sa passport, notarial at civil registration services. Hindi po muna tatanggapin ang mga WALK-IN at walang appointment;
- Strict implementation ng mga health protocols tulad ng social distancing, pagsuot ng mask, coughing etiquette at temperature check. Hindi po papapasukin ang mga may temperature na 37.5 degrees pataas;
- Para hindi maging crowded ang Embassy:
- pumunta po tayo sa oras lamang ng ating appointment
- iwasang mag-sama ng ibang tao na hindi naman aplikante
- Kung kayo po ay senior citizen, menor de edad, PWD o kailangan ng special assistance, maaring isang companion lang po ang isama sa loob ng Embassy
- lumabas agad ng Embassy kung tapos na ang inyong application
- Magdala po tayo ng Letterpack 520 pagpunta sa Embassy dahil by postal mail lang po and release ng dokumento. Hindi po muna pwedeng i-claim in person ang mga dokumento ninyo.

Magdala po ng Letterpack 520, kasama ng mga requirements sa pag-apply ng passport, sa araw ng inyong scheduled appointment.
