National Autism Consciousness Week (15 – 21 January 2017)
Pursuant to Proclamation No. 711, series of 1996, the Philippine Embassy Tokyo joins in the national observance of “Autism Consciousness Week” held every third week of January of each year.
Everyone is encouraged to develop awareness of the problems of autistic persons and promote a supportive environment to enable them to live with dignity and to function independently and contribute productively to society. END
