UPDATE: “RETURN TO SENDER” and c/o PHILIPPINE EMBASSY VOTING PACKETS

List updated as of 24 April 2019 ;

(List updated as of 24 April 2019 ).

Pending receipt of additional funds from COMELEC for re-mailing, magpadala po sa Embassy ng mga sumusunod:

  1. Copy of the data page of your passport or any government-issued ID or residence card
  2. Postal stamp worth ¥140
  3. Isulat sa isang papel ang inyong tama at completing address with postal code
