An inspirational message was delivered by Professor Tomoya Nakamura of GLOBIS University where he emphasized the values of shu hari (learning), openness and kokorozashi (ambition).
The students’ response was delivered by Ms. Anna Camille V. Flores who expressed sincerest thanks to the Japanese and Philippine governments, to the parents, professors and fellow Filipino students in Japan.
