The Philippine Embassy in Tokyo received on 8 October 2009 a ¥300,000 (approximately PHP 150,000) donation from the People of Japan’s Niigata Prefecture as humanitarian assistance for the victims of Typhoon Ondoy.
Minato City Donates ¥2.9M for Typhoon Ondoy Disaster Relief Efforts

The Philippine Embassy in Tokyo received yesterday a donation of ¥2.7 million from Minato City Mayor Masaaki Takeda and ¥200,000 from Minato City Assembly President Yukio Shimada as humanitarian assistance for the victims of Typhoon Ondoy in the Philippines.
