Terms of Reference for the Procurement of the Services of a Production Company To Produce a 60 Minute Video Program For The 2021 Philippine Independence Day
The Philippines will be celebrating the 123rd Anniversary of the Proclamation of the Philippine Independence on 12 June 2021. This year also marks the 65th Anniversary of the Normalization of the Diplomatic Relations between the Philippines and Japan. However, the COVID-19 situation has posed challenges to holding large gatherings and celebrations.
In this regard, the Philippine Embassy it plans to hold an online program for its celebration. The goal is to bring the commemoration of the 2021 Philippine Independence Day online and reach more viewers.
SCOPE OF WORK / DELIVERABLES:
- Video Shooting and Directing – around 20 minutes of the program for video shooting
- Video Editing – includes putting together all videos (messages, performances), audio, background music, subtitles for the messages, graphics needed to make a good and entertaining 60-minute program
- Providing / Casting Talents / Performers for the Program
- Video Shooting and Directing of the Narration or Host portion of the video
- Initial draft of the Video for review and for any edit – first week or around 1-3 June 2021
- Final video in mp.4 format ready for upload on the Embassy’s Facebook Page – 9 June 2021
PROJECT COST: JPY 910,000
ELIGIBILITY:
- Must have experience in video production for subject matter related to the Philippines
- Must be able to work and finish production within a month – period of time
- Must be able to have the expertise, software and equipment to perform all services required from pre-production to post-production
