The Department of Foreign Affairs – Office of the Consular Affairs (DFA – OCA) wishes to inform the public that since March 8, 2010, applications for new and renewal passports are entertained at DFA-OCA\u2019s new building located at the corner of Bradco and Macapagal Avenues in Aseana Business Park, near the Mall of Asia.\u00a0These applications are now on an appointment basis.<\/p>\n

To be assured of service at the appointed day and time, individual applicants are advised to log in at www.passport.com.ph<\/a> or call at 737-1000. For queries on other details (particularly for emergency cases), applicants may call the following numbers: 831-8971; 551-4437; 551-4402; 834-4424; 836-7760; 836-7748; 836-7750 or 834-4835. Other contact information are posted in www.dfa.gov.ph<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In case applicants encounter problems connecting with the given websites, they can use the following e-mail address: scheduler@appointment.net. This email address is intended for applicants applying through travel agencies, but can also open for use in such situations.<\/p>\n

Passport fees are as follows:<\/p>\n

Regular Processing- 20 days\t\tPhp 950.00<\/p>\n

Express Processing-10 days\t\tPhp 1,200.00<\/p>\n

Lost Passport (additional fee)\t\tPhp 200.00<\/p>\n

Please note that there is no need to submit a photo as that will be taken by machines during the enrollment and data capturing process.<\/p>\n

Applicants are advised to be at DFA-OCA at least thirty (30) minutes before the appointed time. There will be no processing without an appointment, so that orderly queues can be maintained.<\/p>\n
