President and CEO Vivencio Dizon of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) delivers a presentation on the New Clark City at the 4th Seminar on the Japanese Investments for Overseas Infrastructure organized by the Japan Overseas Infrastructure Investment Corporation for Transport and Urban Development (JOIN) on 27 February 2019 in Tokyo, Japan. One of the flagship infrastructure projects under the Build, Build, Build program of the Duterte Administration, the New Clark City is envisioned to be the first ever smart, green, and resilient metropolis in the Philippines.
