Over the next two months, the scholars will go through classroom and field training sessions on topics such as green technology and sustainable development, cross-cultural communication, leadership and international cooperation.

Two Filipino experts from the Department of Transportation (DOTr) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) are among the scholars joining the program. They were chosen through a competitive selection process.
