NOTICE
The Embassy of the Philippines in Tokyo, Japan, would like to inform all political parties and independent candidates that the Embassy, pursuant to sub-item 3.2.1.(i), Section 3.2 Ballot Boxes, of the Comelec Guidelines for the Disposal of Records and Unserviceable Properties of Foreign Posts, approved by the Commission on 14 August 2019, will open all ballot boxes used in the elections for the purpose of collating, bundling, stacking and safekeeping of the accomplished ballots.
The opening of ballot boxes will be held on Thursday, 31 October 2019, at the Embassy Property at 11-24 Nanpeidai-cho, Shibuya-ku, from 10:00AM onwards.
Only authorized / accredited representatives of political parties and independent candidates endorsed to the Embassy prior to the date of opening of ballot boxes will be allowed entry to the property.
