Advisory on Mailed Ballot Packets

The Embassy of the Philippines in Tokyo informs all kababayans whose names appear in the 2022 Certified List of Voters (CLOV) and who have not received their ballots to check if their names are included in the following list of returned ballot packets or those with incomplete or no addresses:

Please note that the list is being updated regularly so make sure to check it from time to time.

If your name is included in the list, you may contact the Embassy’s Special Ballot Reception and Custody Group (SBRCG) through email at vote@philembassy.net to schedule your preferred appointment date and time to pick up your ballot packet. In view of existing COVID-19 protocols, ballot packet pickups may only be done via prior appointments scheduled as follows:

Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
(9:00AM-6:00PM on 30-minute intervals)

On the day of your appointment, please bring your passport, both original and photocopy.

Please note that for your votes to be counted, the SBRCG must receive your completed ballots before 9 May 2022, 7:00PM (Philippine Time).

Please be guided accordingly. Thank you.
