Makati City Barangay Officials Pay Courtesy Call on the Philippine Embassy in Tokyo, Japan

Deputy Chief of Mission Eduardo M.R. Meñez and First Secretary Cassandra Sawadjaan provide an overview of Philippines-Japan bilateral relations during the courtesy call by Makati City barangay officials as part of the Asian Institute of Management’s Project Management Program for Punong Barangays of Makati City from 01 to 04 April 2019 in Tokyo, Japan. Makati City barangay officials will study Japan’s experiences and best practices in disaster preparedness, waste management, and peace and order, especially at the community level.
