ADVISORY: Testing and Quarantine Protocols from 8 May 2021

Pursuant to the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) Resolution No. 114, Series of 2021, all arriving passengers are required to undergo a 14-day mandatory quarantine, with the first 10 days in a quarantine hotel from 8 May 2021.

Arrival Protocols shall be as follows:

Day 1 : Arrival/Check-in
Day 7 : RT-PCR Test Swabbing
Day 9 : Release of Test Results
Day 10 : Check-out of Quarantine Hotel
Day 11-14 : Complete remainder of mandatory quarantine at home/hotel

All arriving passengers are kindly advised to be guided by the following:

  1. Mandatory quarantine for 14 days shall be completed;
  2. International passengers shall be required to undergo a facility or hotel quarantine for ten (10) days upon arrival;
  3. Testing will be done on Day 7, with Day 1 being the date of arrival/check-in;
  4. International passengers may continue their quarantine at home or in their hotels (as the case may be) from Day 11 up to Day 14, provided they get a negative RT-PCR test result.
