Notice: Ballots with Address ‘c/o Philippine Embassy’

Ipinagbibigay alam sa publiko na ang mga pangalan ng mahigit 500 Overseas Voters na may deklaradong tirahan “c/o Philippine Embassy” ay makikita sa website ng Pasuguan. Sundan ang sumusunod na kawing para sa pag-tingin ng pangalan:

Listahan ng mga Botante na Embahada ang nakalistang tirahan.

Hinihikayat namin ang mga botante na tingnan ang listahan at alamin kung naroon ang kanilang pangalan. Hinihiling din naming na ipaalam sa marami ang nasabing impormasyon o sa kanilang kakilala na nasa listahan.

May dalawang paraan and botante para kunin ang balota kung ang pangalan ay nasa listahan:

  1. Magsadya at personal na kunin sa Pasuguan; o
  2. Makiusap na ibalik sa pamamagitan ng koreo sa kanyang kasalukuyang tirahan.

Kung ang napili ninyo ay ang pangalawa, mangyaring bumili ng “letter pack” sa Japan Post. Isulat ang inyong pangalan, tirahan at numero ng telepono sa “letter pack”. Ilagay sa brown envelope at ipadala sa koreo sa sumusunod na matutugunan:

Ang takdang araw ng para sa Halalang Pambansa 2016 ay isang buwan lamang mula ika-9 ng Abril hanggang ika-09 ng Mayo 2016, kasama and Sabado, Linggo at Pista Opisyal, mula alas 9:00 n.u. hanggang alas 5:00 n.h.


This is to inform the public that the names of over 500 overseas voters with declared addresses as “c/o Philippine Embassy” are available at the Embassy website. Following is the link to check the names:

List of Voters with “c/o Embassy” as listed address 

VOTERS are kindly requested to check the list to verify if their names are there. They are also requested to share this information to others and to someone they know whose name is included in the list.

VOTERS whose name appears in the list have two options to claim their ballots:

  1. Personally pick it up at the Embassy; or
  2. Request the Embassy to send it by mail to the Voter.

If you chose option no. 2, buy a Letter Pack from Japan Post. Write your complete name, address and contact number in the Letter Pack. Put the Letter Pack in a big brown envelope and send it to the Embassy at the following address:

The voting period for the 2016 National Elections is for one month only from 09 April to 09 May 2016, inclusive of weekends and holidays (Golden Week) from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
