NATANGGAP MO NA BA ANG IYONG BALOTA PARA SA 2010 NATIONAL ELECTIONS?

Ang Overseas Absentee Voting para sa 2010 National Elections ay simula 10 April 2010 hanggang 10 May 2010. Para sa mga nakatanggap na ng kani-kanilang Electoral Mail (mga balota), mangyari po lamang na sundin ang patnubay ng COMELEC sa paggawa at pag-mail ng inyong mga balota sa Embassy. Bago i-mail ang inyong balota, huwag pong kalimutan na lagyan ng selyo ang official envelope na naglalaman ng inyong balota. Kailangang matanggap ng Embahada ang inyong balota bago lumampas ang 7:00PM ng 10 May 2010 upang ito ay masama sa bilangan. Para sa mga katanungan o comments patungkol sa Electoral Mail, mag e-mail po sa Embassy sa oav@philembassy.net .

Para sa mga sumusunod na registered overseas absentee voters na pumapaloob sa jurisdiction ng Philippine Embassy sa Tokyo, na hindi pa natatanggap ang kanilang Electoral Mail (mga balota), mangyari po lamang na mag e-mail sa Embassy sa oav@philembassy.net (ilagay ang buong pangalan, address, contact number/s at e-mail address) o kaya’y pumunta nang personal sa Embassy upang kunin ang inyong Electoral Mail (mga balota) during office hours. Para sa mga pupunta nang personal sa Embassy upang kunin ang balota, mangyari po lamang na magdala ng proper identification (tulad ng pasaporte, alien registration card, Japanese driver’s license). Para sa mga magpapadala ng e-mail, mangyari pong ilagay ang kopya ng inyong pasaporte, alien registration card, Japanese driver’s license bilang attachment sa inyong e-mail.

The period for Overseas Absentee Voting for the 2010 National Elections shall be from 10 April 2010 up to 10 May 2010. For those who have already received their Electoral Mail (ballots), please follow the instructions provided by COMELEC in accomplishing and mailing your ballots to the Embassy. Before mailing, please do not forget to place a stamp on the official envelope containing your accomplished ballots. Ballots should be received by the Embassy on or before 7:00PM of 10 May 2010. For questions or comments regarding Electoral Mail, please e-mail the Embassy at oav@philembassy.net .

The following registered overseas absentee voters within the jurisdiction of the Philippine Embassy in Tokyo are requested to e-mail the Embassy at oav@philembassy.net (indicating full name, address, contact number/s and e-mail address) or personally claim their Electoral Mail (ballots) at the Embassy during office hours. For those who will personally claim their ballots, please bring proper identification (example: passport, alien registration card, Japanese driver’s license). For those who will e-mail, please attach a soft copy of your passport, alien registration card, Japanese driver’s license.
